New-Hire Training

 

In a multi-week, comprehensive course, we bridge the gap between the varied academic backgrounds within a new-hire class and the knowledge necessary to add value to the firm. We create a shared foundation in Accounting, Finance, Credit Risk Analysis with a mix of discussions, cases, group work, and exams. All concepts are connected to current deals and actions in the markets; the goal is to engage new hires and get them thinking and talking like bankers.

Curriculum is modular and scalable, customized to need. Instruction can be integrated into existing training programs or run independently.


Development Seminars

 

In a single-session or multi-day course, we delve into the concepts underlying the work your veterans and mid-career professionals navigate every day. Focused on topics ranging from Credit Risk Metrics to Financial Statement Analysis, LBOs / M&A to Leveraged Lending, seminars refresh participants’ skills while engaging them in in-depth discussions of issues they face in their work. 


Intern Training

 

A condensed curriculum - delivered via a multi-day or multi-week course - gets interns ready for day one at the bank. Discussions and mini-cases covering Accounting, Finance, Financial Statement Analysis, and Credit Risk Analysis ensure that interns begin with a basic understanding of the bank and their role within it
