Seminar Overview

To provide participants with a high-level understanding of credit concepts, metrics, and applications. We’ll focus on exposing participants to terminology, basics of financial statement analysis, and various debt products. Credit concepts and frameworks will be applied in a forecasting exercise that will reinforce participants’ Excel skills and introduce them to deal modelling foundations.

Target Audience

Professionals involved in the process of originating deals, underwriting deals, portfolio management, risk assessment, and other functions - or professions seeking to better understand the credit process.

Methodology

The seminar will be delivered virtually via Zoom to participants from a selection of organizations. Concepts discussed will be illustrated by deals live in the marketplace now and/or actual completed deals. A theme case will be used throughout the seminar to present and apply the credit concepts and techniques discussed.
